Sounds like you want a Great Dane to me. They have extremely short hair and they get BIG. When I took my dog to the vet, I saw a woman with a black Great Dane that was three months old. It was GORGEOUS, but when she told me it was only three months old, it liked to floor me, because it was already as big as a Labrador...lol.

Great Danes are a wonderful breed, but do your homework, as they have a very short life compaired to most. And as with any big dogs, it's good to know what health problems big dogs can have. I have greyhounds, live 10-12 years, no hip dysplasia, and are the most docile of pets.
