was falling out in clumps. She has also been throwing up and not eating good. She lost a few pounds. The vet said call her if any lesions came on her.And she said she has acid reflux and told us to give her pepcid. It seemed to have worked but now she has been throwing up again! The vet gave her a antibotic when we called her and told her about the thing on her side. But she didn't even look at it and just gave us the perpesction. Now its getting bigger and its not a lession it looks like a growth. If it was a lession it would be getting smaller not bigger! I am soo worried about her. Shes only 10 months!Shes a mixed breed. I am gonna call the vet in the morning and demand that they check her or i will take her else where. Does anyone know what this can be so i can tell the vet what i want done. I know i want a biospy done and i want it removed. Are those signs that there is something more srious with her? Please help us we love our pup and want nothing bad to happen and for her 2 be ok!
My dog has some kind of growth on her side..we took her to the vet before it appeared cuz her hair on her side
First of all, go to a different vet.
Are you talking about a tissue growth under the skin or a lesion like a sore on the skin itself? A growth under the skin sounds like a possible infection or cancer. A lesion on the skin might simply be a fungus or infection or mites or anything else. You need to see another vet that will pay attention to your concern.

No good vet would ignore something like what you are describing.
It could be something serious but you'll never know if you can't even get your vet to look at the lump. Find a new vet now

take your dog to another vet... What my vet did is to take out the liquid from my dog's growth to be exaimined and gave us some drugs. A few days after, my dog was well again.
