or anything for shelter? And just let there dog bark all day long. The dog does have long hair but still it needs to have an option of a dog house especially if its raining a lot.

Some dogs like the rain - My dog never used his house and loved the cold - he was a husky. My neighbors reported us to the animal center and even they had to admit my kooky dog liked it. Letting it bark all day is only inconsiderate of the neighbors and no harm to the dog. If it bothers you get a dog whistle and when he barks blow - it will teach him to associate a shrill whistle with the bark as a response and he will stop. He barks to communicate with other dogs if he gets a horrible sound he will know there are none.

If you are concerned you could talk to your neighbor and see why they treat the dog this way.

forget building a dog house, if they are too lazy to go to walmart and buy a $50 dog house then they are just irresponible pet owners who should have never got a pet to begin with. Turn them in to your local APA.

Any person that is fair %26amp; resonable would agree that a shelter for a 'PUPPY' is not hard to make or provide. A dog house, not a human house, is the answer (no pun intended). I wouldn't say It's cruelty %26amp; I would suggest that anyone that does take a drive down their main street %26amp; pick up all the homeless people %26amp; take them home %26amp; feed them. Which life is more important, Human or K9. Stay in touch with reality.

but yeah, it IS wrong, some people do it because their dog is new and hasnt learned where do do his "business" at yet, so they leave him outside, and they dont have a dog house because of the same fact that the dog is new

You need to call your local animal control officer,or even the police,because the dog is in danger of hypothermia,if it's cold where you are.Dogs can handle the cold pretty well,but if they are wet and cold,it's a whole different ballgame.It sounds as if your neighbors don't deserve a dog at all.That is animal cruelty.Also,if the dog has long hair,it will get matted from being wet and hold the dampness under the coat.If the dog survives the cold,when warm weather comes,it will be subject to fungal skin infections and maggot infestation from the wet,smelly hair.Please call your local authorities as soon as possible.
