How do I convince my domestic partner to let me foster cats/kitten. He doesn't like the hair me

I'm the animal lover and he absolutely hates them. He did allow me to get a rescued border collie for my 40th birthday but I still want to help other animals by fostering cats and/or kittens. He doesn't like the hair and mess the dog makes and has adamently told me I cannot have any other animals or foster any animals. This is starting to build one more trist in our relationship.

Get a new domestic partner. Or move out on your own to your own home where you can do what you want without compromise.

better food = less hair mess...

any food from grocery or wal mart is NOT going to be good food..

any food that contains by-products is NOT going to be good food...

frequent brushing will help...

I would not push the issue.. instead you can volunteer at a shelter.. enjoy the dog you have (the dog might not even like cats so why push that too)...

man, i'd be pissed off and bring in all the animals!

but that would only cause more problems and you can't change his mind, so volunteer work with injured animals might be good for you.

i did this before, and i fell in love with all these poor abused creatures.

Buy a short haired cat a brush it constantly, maybe that will persuade him.
