Are thereany vitamins or supplements I could give the dog daily to promote her hair growth ,ie her furnishings, ruff, and apron? Or could I apply any topicals to her furnishings which would help what she has to protect it and make it lest brittle

Mink Oil is always a good one to use as it keeps tangles from occurring and is absorbed by the skin to promote an awesome growth. Do NOT use it on areas you do NOT want major growth.

I show Afghan Hounds and use this always.

If you need a super shine shampoo... try Jerri Rhedding Ultra Glossing Shampoo and Conditioner. Makes coats look great and dark or black coats... look like glass.

The best thing you can do is what we humans do. Eat a good diet and excercise. Hopefully you have your pet on a very good food. A good food will make all the difference to your dog. Adding some canned fish or a Linatone (oil) will always improve the coat.
